Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Carpal Tunnel Release
MicroAire’s patented single-portal endoscopic carpal tunnel release system uses a small incision at the base of the wrist as the entry point for a disposable blade assembly. Once inside, an endoscope provides a clear view of the underside of the transverse carpal ligament and surrounding anatomy. With the disposable blade assembly accurately positioned beneath the transverse carpal ligament, the retractable blade is elevated by a trigger, and the ligament is incised with a few strokes.
Bioabsorbable Implants for Soft-Tissue Fixation
Endotine® is a patented system for anchoring soft tissue during aesthetic surgery, using small resorbable tines to reduce the tissue strain associated with sutures. This unique system allows surgeons to re-adjust tissue fixation and location during surgery, resulting in optimal aesthetic outcomes. Endotine implants provide reliable fixation throughout the post-operative healing period, and eventually resorb as biological fixation takes over. Endotine is used in a variety of facial procedures, including brow lifts, midface lifts, face lifts and neck lifts.
PAL® Liposuction System

MicroAire’s PAL® LipoSculptor is the only US-patented liposuction instrument using a reciprocating motion (rather than rotating) to facilitate the movement of the cannula within the tissue.
This innovation reduces the amount of manual force and physical effort required to perform lipoplasty, especially in areas with fibrous tissue.The result is a more comfortable experience for both the surgeon and the patient.
Unlike ultrasonic and laser lipoplasty devices, the PAL® does not use heat, so there are no concerns for the accidental burning that can occur with other systems.
Large and Small-Bone Powered Instruments
In 1977, a team of engineers working in San Fernando, California, developed a set of three powered surgical instruments that could be used by orthopaedic surgeons to operate on bones and joints. The instruments—a drill, an oscillating saw and a reciprocating saw—were made with miniature vane motors, and powered by compressed air found in most hospital operating rooms.
