STABLECUT®

Patented, unique tooth design that uses very aggressive angles that are cut on a straight path. This tooth design is a top choice of implant companies and orthopedic surgeons around the world.

PhotoEtch Aggresive

Stainless Steel is photo-chemically etched into a dual-thickness blade, with 2 rows of aggressive angled teeth. Dual thickness also reduces friction when used with a slotted cutting guide.

“Diamond” Ground

Tooth pattern is cut into blade, and angles are ground into the faces of the teeth. This process results in 2 rows of sharp teeth, with a cutting thickness that is the same as the blade material.

Aggressive Offset

Similar tooth geometry to the PhotoEtch Aggressive blades, except the 2 rows of teeth are formed by bending alternating teeth away from the surface of the blade.

Standard Offset

Similar tooth geometry to the Diamond blades, except the 2 rows of teeth are formed by bending alternating teeth away from the surface of the blade.

D-Cut Replacement

Tooth design with small “double-teeth” that are set on a straight path instead of radius. Channels between the teeth help to move material away from cutting surface.

Reciprocating Blades

Used in both total hip and total joint arthoplasty, these blades are available in both single and double-edged patterns.
