Returned Goods Policy
Product must be unused and in resellable condition in original, intact packaging. All products must be returned within 90 days of invoice date.
All products returned for credit (non-defective) may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee unless contracted otherwise.
All returned products require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning product for credit. MicroAire is unable to accept products returned without an RMA. To obtain an RMA number, please call Customer Service at (800) 722-0822. Please have the part number, serial or lot number, original purchase order number and the reason for return available when you place the call.
Loaners are available for most instruments for customers in good standing only. Loaner fee may apply.
All instruments returned for service must be cleaned and sterilized prior to return. Please ship both customer-owned and loaner instruments in appropriate shipping containers. The customer is responsible for all shipments until they reach MicroAire. Insurance is recommended and is the customer’s responsibility.
Applicable freight charges are also the customer’s responsibility.
MicroAire powered surgical instruments are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Exceptions include ECTR instruments and battery packs, which are warranted up to three months after purchase date. 7505-710 Large-power and 6640-710 SmartDriver battery packs are warranted for one year from purchase date.
Warranty is limited to repair or replacement (at the discretion of the manufacturer) of the product without charge. MicroAire reserves the right to void the manufacturer’s warranty in the event of abuse, misuse, disassembly, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair, non-recommended usage and/or non-compliance per the Operating Instructions furnished by MicroAire.
All other expressed or implied warranties are excluded and MicroAire shall have no liability of any kind for incidental or consequential damages.
